Salmon Salad

Cook salmon, sweetcorn and new potatoes and allow to cool.
When cool place sweetcorn in a shallow container, lie salmon on top place potatoes along sides and alternate with cucumber slices.
We often have this for dinner and I cook a little extra to put in lunch boxes
- Small cooked salmon fillet
- Sweetcorn
- Cucumber
- New potatoes cooked
