Homemade Toffee Popcorn

Make it

Heat the oil in a pan for about 2 minutes then pour in the corn.

Cover with a lid and you'll hear them pop.

Meanwhile heat a saucepan on the hob and pour in the butter, syrup and sugar stir until you have a creamy brown sauce.

Pour this over the popped corn evenly and put in a small tub for a homemade lunchbox treat

You will need

  • Corn
  • 2tbsp of olive oil .
  • tbsp of golden syrup
  • 4 tbsp of brown sugar 
  • 2tbsp of butter
