Savoury Flapjacks

Set oven to 180x / gas mark 4.
Mix egg & butter together in a bowl add oats and mix well.
Add cheese and stir again. Add a handful of grated carrot (to taste) and stir in mixture.
Transfer to a lightly greased & floured glass dish cook for about 30 - 35 mins until golden brown.
Cut into rectangles or use cookie cutters for exciting shapes before it cools completely.
- 75g porridge oats
- 75g grated cheese
- 25g margarine
- 1 egg
- Grated carrot
