Vegetable and Cheese Macaroni

Boil a pan of macaroni tubes until tender. Whilst tubes are boiling, in another pan add a tablespoon of magarine and bring to full heat until margarine melts.
Cut up half of each coloured peppers, half onion and celery.
To the margarine add 2 tablespoons of soft cheese, then add to peppers, onion and celery. Give them all a good stir and reduce heat until they are simmering.
Once the macaroni is cooked, drain the water and add it to the pan of cheese and vegetables. Stir until all macaroni is covered.
It can be eaten hot or cold with a pinch of black pepper for extra tastiness!!
Great for packed lunches and main meals. Adults can make it spicy by adding pieces of chilli.
