Wholesome Muffins

No fuss - mix together all ingredients.
Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 25mins in medium heat oven.
They can be frozen. What I do is take one out in the morning and put in lunch box -it keeps everything else cool in the Summer until lunch time!
- Wholemeal sr flour
- Sunflower oil
- Mashed banana
- Grated apple
- Grated carrot
- Pinch of cinnamon
- (Sugar to taste)
