Tuna Spring Onion and Lemon Juice Salad Sandwich on Wholgrain Bread

Drain brine from tuna.
Chop spring onions and mix together with lemon juice (to taste).
Butter bread, add tuna filling, lay on lettuce sliced tomato and sliced cucumber.
Put top on sandwich, cut into triangles and enjoy.
