Cranberry Croissant Sandwich

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, and marmalade. Mix thoroughly. Cut croissants in half horizontally. Spread soft mixture on each half of each croissant. Place turkey on bottom half of each croissant and drizzle cranberry sauce over all the turkey and top with lettuce leaves. Top croissants and wrap tightly.
Use this recipe to make the most of leftover turkey after the holidays!
- 250 mL softened cream cheese
- 75 mL citrus marmalade
- 6 croissants
- 500 g sliced white turkey meat
- 175 g cranberry sauce
- 6 red leaf lettuce leaves
