Preheat oven to 150 degrees C. Lightly oil a large casserole dish or a baking sheet with a lip. In a mixing bowl, thoroughly combine the rolled oats, coconut, almonds, sunflower seeds, and blueberries. In a second bowl, whisk together the honey and sunflower oil. Add the oat mixture to the honey and oil; combine thoroughly. Spread mixture evenly in the oiled pan. Bake for 40 minutes, stirring every ten, or until evenly toasted. Allow to cool before storing. Keep in tightly sealed containers in the refrigerator until use.

  • 125 ml unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 125 ml chopped almonds
  • 125 ml sunflower seeds
  • 125 ml dried blueberries
  • 125 ml honey
  • 90 ml sunflower oil
