Add 65 g of thinly sliced almonds to this salad if your child likes a little extra crunch!

You will need

  • 1 medium cucumber, cubed
  • 2 courgette or other summer squash, cubed
  • 250 g tomatoes, sliced
  • 100 g plain organic yogurt
  • 8 g fresh basil, fresh parsley
  • 4 g sugar
  • 2 g salt
