Vegetable Cream Cheese Roll Ups

In a medium bowl, mix together cream cheese, yogurt, avocado, pepper strips, and green onions. Spread this mixture thinly over the entire surface of the tortillas. Roll the tortillas up and refrigerate for at least an hour. Package salsa for dipping separately.
Use a cooked spear of asparagus as a string to tie each roll-up closed!
- 224 g cream cheese, softened
- 80 ml Greek yogurt
- 100 g mashed avocado
- 100 g roasted red pepper strips
- 6 green onions, chopped
- 8 whole wheat tortillas
- 120 ml salsa
