Cheese Sesame Balls

Grate cheese into a bowl then add egg whites. Put yolks aside on a plate. Mix together the cheese and egg whites and add flour + mustard powder(opt)
Take small amounts and roll into balls and dip in egg yolks. Then roll in Golden breadcrumbs mixture and fry on a medium heat until golden brown.
Place on kitchen towel to cool. Place into a small foil lined container
This recipe can be variated by adding herbs to the mixture or small amount grated onion! Yummy with a dip of your choice or with fruit such as grapes and sliced apple.
- 300g Mature Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 large tablespoon Plain Flour (sieved)
- 1 teaspoon Engish mustard powder (Opt)
- Sesame seeds & Golden bread crumbs mixed together on a plate Oil for frying
