Cheese crunchies

Mix together all the ingredients.
Place walnut-sized balls onto baking trays, flattening them with the back of a fork.
Bake at 180˚C for 10 to 15 minutes. Remove and cool on a rack.
Makes 25
- 50g soft margarine
- 100g Cheddar cheese, grated
- 50g cornflakes, crushed
- 50g wholewheat flour
