Homemade red pepper hummus

Using a food processor or blender, process all ingredients until smooth. Serve with pitta wedges, mini pittas, sticks of raw veg or crackers.
- 1 can chickpeas, drained
- jar of roasted red peppers, drained
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- Salt & pepper to taste
