Win School Packed Lunches for a year PLUS Haven Family Holidays to be Won

  1. This promotion is open to residents in the UK, CI and IoM aged 18 or over, except employees and their immediate families of HM Foods Ltd and Haven Holidays and their agents, or anyone professionally connected to the promotion. For those under the age of 18, permission of a parent or guardian is required for entry.
  2. Entries have to be made online at www.harvestcheweee.co.uk/winpackedlunch. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify incomplete entries.
  3. The last date of entry is midnight on 31st January 2012.
  4. Winners will be notified if they are a winner at the time of entering their details and code. A validation process will follow whereby the packaging and the till receipt showing the Harvest Cheweee purchase must be presented as proof of purchase. These must be sent to: Harvest Cheweee Packed Lunch Promotion, PO Box 458, Esher KT10 1DR. Failure to provide your code on the original packaging will mean that the prize cannot be awarded. No responsibility can be accepted for claims lost, delayed or damaged in the post or not received for whatever reason. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. We recommend that claims are sent by recorded or special delivery. Once verified winners will be contacted to arrange the details of their prize.
  5. Codes are available on promotional packs (whilst stocks last) of Harvest Cheweee 198g packs of Milk Choc Chip, White Choc Chip, Choc Orange and Toffee Chip.
  6. Prizes have been allocated to ten specific codes distributed fairly and randomly throughout all promoted packs. If those codes are entered they will automatically win a prize, but if they are not all entered all prizes will not be won.
  7. A list of final winners will be available from 24th February 2012 by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to: Harvest Cheweee School Lunchbox & Haven Holiday Winners, PO Box 458, Esher, KT10 1DR.
  8. Entries are limited to one entry per pack code. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this rule, for example by the use of “brute force” or “script” or any other automated means, that person’s entry will be disqualified and any prize award will be void.
  9. There are 5 School packed Lunch prizes to be won. The lunchbox ingredients will be delivered to your address on a weekly basis for one school year (ie. Term time only) based on dates provided by the winners. A menu will be supplied for winners to select their packed lunch ingredients. A cash alternative of £3,000 is available to winners of the school packed lunch prize only.
  10. There are 5 Haven Family Holidays to be won. The holiday consists of a 7 night (Friday to Friday) self-catering holiday for a family of up to 6 people sharing a Deluxe 2 bedroom accommodation at any of the 35 Holiday Parks. The prize excludes food and travel expenses. Holidays must be taken by 31st December 2012 and are subject to date availability and subject to the relevant Haven Holiday brochure and online terms and conditions. The Haven Holidays cannot be exchanged, transferred, refunded or re-sold and all bookings must be made by an individual aged 21 or over. No cash or other alternative prizes are available except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control the promoter reserves the right to substitute similar prizes of equal or greater value.
  11. The winners may be required to participate in related publicity.
  12. The Promoters decision is final and binding in all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.
